Your data, deleted on request.

You can ask us to delete the information Lobbee holds about you, including conversations you had with a dental practice on Facebook Messenger or Instagram. Here's how.

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us which dental practice you contacted and how: your name, plus the phone number, email, or Facebook or Instagram name you used.
  3. We confirm your request within 2 business days and verify it with you and the practice.
  4. We delete your information within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What we delete

  • Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversations, including your Meta user ID, name and profile picture.
  • Website chat, text message and email conversations.
  • Contact details and other personal information Lobbee stores about you.
Good to know

Some records may have to be kept by law, for example dental or payment records the practice must retain. If so, we'll tell you what was kept and why. You can also ask the practice directly.
